1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Kid Patrol App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility - The Kid Patrol App is intended for use by parents or legal guardians of children who attend the Kid Patrol program. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to act on behalf of a child.

3. User Accounts To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.

The App Content should not be considered professional advice and should not replace independent judgment or consultation with qualified professionals.

Intellectual Property Rights The Kid Patrol App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App. d. Upload or transmit any harmful or malicious code or content. e. Engage in any activity that could harm the reputation or interests of Kid Patrol or its users.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your interactions with such third-party websites or services are solely between you and the applicable third party.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and you must delete or destroy any copies of the App in your possession.

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Kid Patrol App.
